Shipping & Returns

At Aura Brazil Fine Gems, we value transparency and care in every step of your experience with us. Please review the information below regarding shipping and returns.

Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship exclusively within Canada.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by carriers or external circumstances are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may submit a request within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To begin the process, please contact us at support@aurabrazil.ca with your order number and reason for return. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that natural gemstones may vary in color, texture, and formation. These variations are inherent to the stone and are not considered defects.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Legal Warranty – Quebec

Aura Brazil Fine Gems operates in accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.

While returns for non-defective items are offered as part of our store policy, all products are protected under Quebec’s legal warranty of quality. This means that items must be usable for their intended purpose, durable for a reasonable period, and free from hidden defects.

If a product does not meet these standards, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your financial institution to process the transaction.
