Because we work with natural gemstones, variations in color, texture, shape, and formation are normal and part of each stone’s uniqueness. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.

Payments are securely processed through Wix and its authorized payment providers. Aura Brazil Fine Gems does not store full credit card information.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns for non-defective items are governed by our voluntary store policy, as outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
